Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Received

Once you've submitted your application, one of our team members will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll reach out to set up time for an initial conversation. 
Stage 2

Talent Acquisition Interview

Meet with our Talent Acquisition team! This is your opportunity to learn more about GS1 Canada, the role, and tell us what makes you a stand out candidate!
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

After a successful meeting with our TA team, you will meet with the hiring manager to learn more about the open role and showcase your expertise in the area.  
Stage 4

Knowledge & Skills Assessment (Optional)

If relevant, we will send you a short assessment exercise to complete to get a better understanding of your working style!
Stage 5

Panel Interview

After a successful meeting with the hiring manager, you will meet a few other members of our GS1 team - potentially those you will work closely with!
Stage 6

Offer

Successful candidate receives an offer to join our amazing people-first GS1 Canada team!
